Your order will be queued after payment and will be prepared within 3–15 business days.

Yes, if the production process hasn't started after the order was created. If the production process has already started, changes cannot be made.

We ship from Turkiye to the EU, USA, and UK via FedEx and UPS.

Once the product is prepared, the cargo delivery time is usually 1–7 business days.

Yes, you will be notified via e-mail and/or SMS on the day your order is shipped.

You can pay with credit card, debit card and some virtual wallets.

Since the products are custom made, returns are not accepted.

In case of errors caused by us, we offer repair, cleaning or remanufacturing options.
